1 1/4 coil ( vegetable or canola)

1 cansolid pack pumkin (15 oz)

2 call-purpose flour

2 csugar

2 pkgcook & serve coconut (or van) pudding mix

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspground cinnamon

1/2 tspsalt

opt. 1 craisins , pecans
How To Make very moist pumpkin bread

1In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add oil and pumpkin, beat until smooth.Combine remaining ingredients, gradually beat into pumpkin mixture.

2Pour batter 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 75 to 80 minutes
