Ingredients For three 'c' bread

2 1/2 call purpose flour

1 csugar
-
1 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspground mace
-
1/2 tspsalt

3beaten eggs
-
1/2 coil
-
1/2 cwhole milk
-
2 cshredded carrots
-
1 1/3 cflaked coconut
-
2/3 croughly chopped maraschino cherries
How To Make three 'c' bread

1Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, mace and salt.

2Combine eggs, milk and oil. Stir well. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients.

3Stir in Carrots, Coconut & chopped cherries

4Pour into 9 X 5 X 3 loaf pan or 21 ounce pie filling cans.

5Bake in 350 oven 1 - 1 1/4 hours

6Cool in pan approx. 10 minutes. Remove from pan, let cool completely. Wrap and store overnight before slicing.
