Ingredients For sweet corn bread

  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    cornmeal
  • 1 /2 c
    cooking oil
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 3 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    milk

How To Make sweet corn bread

  • 1
    Mix all dry ingredients (flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt and baking powder.
  • 2
    add 1 egg, the milk and the oil.
  • 3
    Mix all ingredients with a spoon until you have an even mix.
  • 4
    Use a generous amount of cooking oil to grease the pan you are going to use
  • 5
    Put in the oven at 200* Remove after 30 minutes or when golden brown.
