1 1/2 cyellow corn meal

1 Tbspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt

1/3 csugar

1 cancreamed corn

1 csour cream

3eggs

1/4 ccanola oil
- MAPLE BUTTER

1/2 cbutter, softened

2 Tbsppowdered sugar

2 or 3 Tbsppure maple syrup
How To Make super moist corn bread with maple butter

1Preheat oven to 350, spray 8 inch square pan with cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl combine corn meal, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. Stir to combine completely.

2Add creamed corn, sour cream, eggs and oil. Mix until completely mixed. Pour into prepared pan.

3Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center come out clean, and lightly browned on top. Let cool at least 20 minutes before serving. Serve warm with maple butter if desired.

4To make maple butter: cream together 1 stick of soften butter (1/2 cup), 2 tablespoons powdered sugar and 2 to 3 tablespoons of pure maple syrup.
