My family loves this recipe because it is so moist and I use NO OIL! You can substitute nuts in place of the chocolate chips or just leave them out.

Ingredients For super moist banana chocolate chip bread

1 1/2 Call purpose flour

1/2 Cbrown sugar

1/2 Cgranulated sugar

1/4 tnutmeg
-
1/4 tcinnamon (ground)

1/2 tsalt
-
1 tbaking soda
-
1 tvanilla extract
-
1 Capplesauce
-
4-6 mdbananas (ripe)
-
2eggs
-
1/4 Cchocolate chips
How To Make super moist banana chocolate chip bread

1In a large mixing bowl add: Vanilla, Applesauce, Bananas and Eggs & mix well with a spoon. DO NOT puree the bananas, just mash them either with a potato masher or fork until they are about 1/2 inch pieces or chunks. I DO NOT use an electric mixer with this recipe. For some reason, it comes out better mixing it by hand! :)

2Add the dry ingredients in a separate bowl & mix until well blended. Then add to the bowl with the wet ingredients. Mix well.

3Add Chocolate Chips until mixed thoroughly into dough.

4Grease a bread pan (both bottom & sides of pan).

5Add Banana Bread Dough to the bread pan & bake at 350 degrees for about an hour (60-75 minutes) depending on your oven.

6Cool on cooling rack or oven burner for about an hour. Slice & enjoy.
