Ingredients For sugared donut holes

1 1/2 call purpose flour

1/3 csugar

2 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspground nutmeg
-
1egg
-
1/2 cmilk
-
2 Tbspbutter, melted
-
oil for deep fat frying

confectioners' sugar
How To Make sugared donut holes

1In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.

2In a small bowl, combine egg, milk, and butter.

3Add wet mixture to dry mixture. Mix well.

4In a electric skillet or deep fat fryer, heat oil to 375 degrees.

5Drop dough by heaping teaspoons full; 5 or 6 at a time into oil.

6Fry until browned, about 1 - 2 minutes; turning once.

7Drain on paper towels.

8Roll in confectioners' sugar.
