The richest, moistest and most flavorful recipe I have tried.. worth the efforts. Kids LOVE this. This freezes well also. Last 2 loaves I wrapped one in foil after removing from the pan. A month later thawed and it was still just as moist and yummy.

Ingredients For succulent banana bread

1 2/3 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspground cinnamon

1/2 tspsalt

1 c+ 2 tbls. sugar

2eggs
-
1/2 coil
-
3 1/2large very ripe bananas , mashed
-
2 Tbspcreme fraiche or sour cream
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
2/3 cwalnuts, pecans , other nut of choice
How To Make succulent banana bread

1preheat oven 350 F . Grease bottom of pan or line with parchment papater

2sift together.. flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt

3beat sugar and eggs with whisk until light and fluffy (10 minutes ) should be smooth and glossy
-
4drizzle oil into sugar / egg mix , whisk well..then add mashed banana, creme fraiche and vanilla. fold in dry ingredients and nuts . Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for 45 - 1 hour
