Ingredients For strawberry-pecan bread

2eggs

1 cgranulated sugar

1/2 call purpose flour

2 tspground cinnamon

1/2 tspsalt

10 ozfrozen sliced strawberries or raspberries in syrup

1/2 ccoarsely chopped pecans or walnuts

1/2 coil
How To Make strawberry-pecan bread

1Beat eggs, sugar and oil until well combined.

2Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.

3Beat until well blended (batter should be thick).

4Stir in the partially thawed, undrained berries and the nuts.

5Pour batter into a greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.

6Bake at 350 for 55-65 minutes, or until tester comes out clean.

7Let cool in pan for 10 minutes.

8Romove from pan and cool completely on a wire rack.

9Wrap and store in refrigator.
