Ingredients For strawberry pecan bread

1/2 cbutter, softened

3/4 csugar

1/2 tspvanilla extract

1/8 tsplemon extract

2eggs

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspcream of tartar

1/4 tspbaking soda

1 1/2 call purpose flour

1/2 cstrawberry jam

1/4 csour cream

1/2 cchopped pecans
How To Make strawberry pecan bread

1In a medium sized bowl, combine the butter and the sugar, vanilla, and lemon extract until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat each one well.

2Combine flour, salt, cream of tartar and soda. Combine sour cream and jam. Add the jam mixture, alternating with the dry ingredients to the cream mixture. Beat until thoroughly combined. Stir in the pecans.

3Turn mixture into a lightly greased and floured loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 55 minutes.

4Serve warm with butter or cream cheese spread.
