Ingredients For strawberry bread

120 oz pkg frozen strawberries, thawed, mashed.

2 csugar
-
1 ccanola oil
-
4 eggsor egg beaters, equivalent to 4 eggs

3 cself-rising flour

1 cchopped pecans.
How To Make strawberry bread

1Heat oven to 350. Spray 2-9 x 5" loaf pans w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, w/ mixer on low speed, beat strawberries, sugar, oil and eggs until well mixed. Add 2-1/2 cups flour, beat until well combined. In small bowl, toss pecans w/ remaining flour, stir in strawberry mix. Pour evenly into pans. Bake 55-60 min, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve w/ butter and favorite jam.
