This recipe, which comes from my mother, calls for a total of 20 ounces of strawberries, but since that's hard to find, I usually use 24 ounces. Besides, it makes the bread extra moist, giving it a cake-like texture. :)

210-ounce packages frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
How To Make strawberry bread

1Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well. Combine eggs, oil, and strawberries; add to dry ingredients, mixing well.

2Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9- x 5- x 3-inch loafpans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
