Ingredients For strawberry bread

  • 3 c
    flour
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 3 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 4
    eggs beaten
  • 1 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 c
    strawberries crushed & sweetened
  • 1 pkg
    pecans, in pieces or no nuts

How To Make strawberry bread

  • 1
    Mix dry ingredients together.Add eggs,oil & berries stir lightly to blend fold in pecans.Put into 2 greased loaf pans bake 350 for 60 mins.Let cool 10 mins.before removing from pans can glaze with powdered sugar You may use fresh or frozen berries.I also make these in mini pans filling about3/4 full bake40-45 mins freeze well
