Ingredients For delicious strawberry banana bread

  • 3
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    diced strawberries, fresh in 1 tbsp of flour
  • 1 c
    mashed bananas ,(about 3 medium bananas)
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream

How To Make delicious strawberry banana bread

    Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well, then add mashed bananas and sour cream, mix well

    Combine dry ingredients and add to banana mixture, mix just to combine. DO NOT OVERMIX

    Stir in diced, floured strawberries, mix until combined. Pour into a greased 8 X 5 inch loaf pan about 2/3 full.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before removing out of the pan to cool on a wire rack.
