1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

3/4 cholly granulated sugar

1/3 csour cream

1/4 cupvegetable oil

1 1/2 tspcinnamon

2 tspvanilla

3egg
-
1/2 cchopped nuts

1 cfrozen blueberries
- GLAZE
-
1/2 cholly powdered sugar

2 tspsour cream
-
1/8 tspvanilla
-
1/2 t0 1 tspwater
How To Make snow capped blueberry sour cream bread

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Grease and flour sides of 9x5x3 loaf pan, place waxed paper liner in bottom of pan.

3Beat flour, baking powder, baking soda, Holly granulated sugar, sour cream, oil, cinnamon, vanilla and eggs for 50 strokes.

4Stir in nuts and berries.

5Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

6Cool 5 minutes.

7Remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.

8To glaze, mix powdered sugar, sour cream, and vanilla. Stir in water until smooth and of desired consistency.
