1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

2 tspcinnamon

1/2 cmilk

1/4 cbutter

- TOPPING:

3/4 csugar

1 Tbspcinnamon
How To Make snickerdoodle coffee cake

1Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, milk, margarine and egg. Pour into a greased and floured 9 inch square pan.

2Mix topping sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle top of coffee cake heavily with this mixture. This gives a crusty snickerdoodle top. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
