1 Tbspbutter, softened

1/2 tspflour

3 lgover ripe bananas
- FOR THE FILLING:

1/2 cbutter, melted

1/4 cbuttermilk
-
2eggs, beaten
-
1 csugar
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
2 tspcinnamon
-
1 tspbaking powder
-
1/4 tspbaking soda
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
2 call purpose flour
-
1 cmini cinnamon chips
- FOR THE TOPPING:

1 Tbspsugar

1 tspcinnamon
How To Make snickedoodle banana bread

1Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with the tablespoon softened butter.

2Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon flour over the bottom, then top until the flour is evenly and finely coating the bottom and a little bit on the sides.

3Mash the bananas with a fork in a medium-large mixing bowl.

4Whisk butter into the mashed bananas until completely incorporated.

5Beat in the eggs, then mix in the sugar and vanilla.

6Sprinkle the baking powder, soda and salt over the mixture and stir to combine.

7Add the flour and stir until half mixed, then add cinnamon chips last mixing just until combined.

8Pour mixture into prepared pan. Mix the topping ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle over the top.

9Bake for 1 hour. Turn out onto a cooking rack,right side up.
