This recipe for rolls is now my wife's Thanksgiving favorite, which she got from her sister. I don't know where her sister got the recipe.

Ingredients For rosemary sweet potato rolls

1/2 cwarm wter

1 tspsugar
-
1/3 csugar
-
6 Tbspmelted/cooled butter
-
5 cflour
-
1/4 cwarm milk
-
2eggs
-
2 1/2 tsprosemary
-
2 1/4 tspyeast
-
1 1/2 tspsalt
-
1 cmashed sweet potatoes
- TOPPING:
-
1/4 croom temperature butter
-
2 Tbsphoney
-
sea salt & honey
How To Make rosemary sweet potato rolls

1Combine milk & water & heat in microwave to 102-110 degrees.

2Stir in 1 tsp sugar & yeast to proof 5 minutes.

3With dough hook add remaining ingredients until combined.

4Add yeast mixture until pulls away from sides but still stick to bottom.

5Knead until smooth & let rise in greased, plastic wrapped bowl 1 hr.

6Roll 16-20 small balls & let rise 1hr on greased parchment lined 9x13" sheet.

7Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

8Mix butter & honey and brush on warm rolls. Sprinkle w/ salt & rosemary
