Ingredients For rhubarb bread

  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar, packed
  • 1/3 c
    oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    rhubarb, sliced
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    sour milk
  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    pecans, chopped

How To Make rhubarb bread

  • 1
    Stir in order given. Pour in floured loaf pan. Mix 2 tsp. sugar and 1 tsp.cinnamon, and Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
