2 cflour

1/2 cchopped walnuts

2 czucchini, grated, well drained

3/4 cvegetable oil

2 csugar

3eggs

1/2 tspbaking powder

1 tspsalt

2 tspbaking soda

2 tspcinnamon

1/2 craisins
How To Make raisin zucchini bread

1Preheat oven to 350. Sift first 5 ingredients.

2Beat eggs in a large bowl until light.

3Gradually add sugar and beat until thick and lemon colored.

4Add oil in thin stream and beat well.

5Mix in zucchini, nuts and raisins.

6Add sifted dry ingredients and blend well.

7Turn into greased and floured 12-cup bundt pan or 2 8x4 inch loaf pans.

8Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 50 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before turning out onto rack. Cool completely before slicing.
