How To Make quick sally lunn

1Cream shortening; gradually add sugar, beating at medium speed until light and fluffy.

2Stir eggs mixing well.

3Combine flour, baking powder and salt.

4Stir flour mix into creamed mixture alternately with milk. (Do not over mix, batter should be lumpy)

5Spoon batter into a greased 6 cup bundt pan.

6Bake at 350 45-50 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean.
