Ingredients For pumpkin spice latte funnel cake

1 cplus 3 tablespoons all purpose flour

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 cstrong coffee

1/2 chalf and half
-
1egg
-
1/4 ccanned pumpkin pie mix

1 tsppure vanilla
-
1 tsporange zest
-
vegetable oil for frying
- CREAM CHEESE DRIZZLE

4 ozcream cheese, softened

2 cpowdered sugar
-
1 Tbspbutter, softened
-
1 tspvanilla
-
2 Tbsphalf and half, add up to 2 tablespoons additional

1 cchopped candied pecans
How To Make pumpkin spice latte funnel cake

1In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in coffee, half & half, egg, pumpkin pie mix, vanilla and orange zest until just combined.

2Pour about 1" oil in large skillet. Heat to 375 degrees. Pour about 1/3 cup batter thru funnel. Swirling in a circular motion. Fry about 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. Turn. Fry about 1 - 1 1/2 minutes or until golden. Remove. Place on paper toweling. Keep warm.

3In small bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, and 2 tablespoons half & half. Stir well. Add additional cream to thin if necessary. Drizzle a generous tablespoon over funnel cake. Top each with a generous tablespoon candied pecans. Serve immediately.
