Ingredients For pumpkin cheese bread

2 1/2 csugar

18 oz. pkg cream cheese

1/2 cbutter
-
4large eggs
-
116 oz, can pumpkin

3 1/2 call purpose flour

2 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1/2 tspbaking powder
-
1/4 tspground cloves
-
1 cchopped nuts--walnuts or pecans
How To Make pumpkin cheese bread

1Using a mixer combine sugar,softened cream cheese and butter. mixing until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time mixing well after each addition. Blend in pumpkin, add combined dry ingredients, mixing just till moistened. Fold in nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9X5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350-1 hr or until tooth pick comes out clean. Cool 10 min and remove from pan. finish cooling on wire rack. NOTE__ be sure NOT to get the pumpkin pie mix this recipe calls for just plain pumpkin.
