How To Make pumpkin bread with streusel topping

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour three loaf pans. Combine topping ingredients until mixture is crumbly; set aside

2Measure flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and spices into a large bowl. Stir to blend.

3Add pumpkin, water, salad oil, eggs, and nuts. Beat until well combined. Pour batter into prepared pans. Sprinkle topping evenly on loafs.

4Bake approximately 1 hour. Loaves are done when toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let rest in pans for 5 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on a rack. These loafs cut better when cooled.
