1 1/2 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder

1 1/2 tspsalt

1 can16 ounce can pumpkin

1 tspclove, ground

1 cvegetable oil

4 lgeggs

2/3 cchopped nuts

2/3 craisins, or dates or apricots or currents or craisins

3 Tbsplight molasses
How To Make pumpkin bread

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pans with Pam. Set aside.

2Whisk together dry ingredients. Add rest of ingredients and stir until dry ingredients are moistened and mixture is smooth. Pour into prepared pans. Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to cooling rack, cool completely.
