Ingredients For prepared to be amazed moist pumpkin bread!

  • 1 can
    15oz. pumpkin pure pumpkin puree
  • 2 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 4 lg
    eggs
  • 2/3 c
    water
  • 2/3 c
    canola oil
  • 3 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    clove, ground
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder

How To Make prepared to be amazed moist pumpkin bread!

    In a large mixing bowl,Wisk Pumpkin,eggs,sugar,water and oil. Stir in remaining ingedients.

    Preheat oven to 350 and grease 2 loaf pans.Scoop pumpkin mixture into greased pans.

    Bake 50 min. After 50 min.,Leave Loaves in oven for 10 min!Loaf should be stif once poked w/ finger. Take loaves out of the oven and let rest on hot pads on counter top. When pans are slightly cooled, remove loaves onto cooling rack. Let cool completely before slicing!
