Ingredients For poppyseed bread

  • 1 box
    betty crocker butter pecan cake mix
  • 1 box
    toasted coconut pudding mix, instant
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    poppy seeds
  • 1 c
    hot water

How To Make poppyseed bread

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients well; adding water last. Bake in 2 loaf pans at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done. Can make a glaze with powdered sugar and milk and pour over the loaves once they come out of the oven.

    Please note: Toasted Coconut Instant Pudding is not easy to find so you can substitute Coconut Cream Instant pudding. ENJOY!
