Ingredients For pineapple zucchini bread

3eggs

2 cwhite granulated sugar

3/4 tspnutmeg

1 cdates (optional) i don't use them

3 cwhite sifted flour

1 1/2 tspcinnamon

2 czucchini - (remove seeds and blend until smooth)

1 ccooking oil

2 tspvanilla
-
1/2 tspbaking powder

1 cpecans, chopped

2 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt
-
1 cpineapple - (8 1/4 oz. crushed and drained)
How To Make pineapple zucchini bread

1Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick

2Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well

3Pour mixture into 2 greased and floured 9" X 5" loaf pans

4Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until wooden inserted toothpick comes out clean.
