Ingredients For pineapple nut bread

1 3/4 csifted all-purpose flour

2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspsoda

1/2 craisins

3/4 cchopped walnuts

3/4 csugar

3 Tbspbutter

2eggs
-
1 cancrushed pineapple, not drained (8 oz)
How To Make pineapple nut bread

1Put raisins in bowl. Cover with boiling water to plump.

2Drain water and throw away the water.

3Cream butter and sugar.

4Add eggs and beat well.

5Blend in pineapple.

6Sift in dry ingredients and mix well.

7Add raisins and nuts.

8Mix together.

9Place batter in a greased bread pan.

10Prepare the topping. Mix together 2 Tbsp sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

11Sprinkle topping over the batter.

12Bake 350 degrees 60 to 70 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
