Ingredients For persimmon pudding bread

  • 1/3 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    persimmon pulp
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    allspice, ground
  • 1/2 c
    raisins
  • 1/2 c
    nuts, chopped

How To Make persimmon pudding bread

  • 1
    Combine milk, pulp, vanilla and sugar.

    Sift together dry ingredients and stir into wet mixture. Fold in nuts and raisins.

    Pour into a greased 9x5" loaf pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1-1 1/2 hours.
