1 cpersimmon pulp

1 cbrown sugar

1egg

2 Tbspoil

2 1/4 cflour

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt

1/2 craisins
-
1 tspvanilla

1/4 ccandied orange peel
-
1 cchopped nuts
How To Make persimmon bread

1Combine pulp, sugar, egg, & oil; blend well.

2Dust raisins with some of the flour. Sift remaining flour flour with baking powder, soda, & salt; add to creamed mixture

3Add raisins, vanilla, orange peel, & nuts.

4Bake in a 9"x5" loaf pan for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350.
