A very good bread. Watch your bake time, it doesn't take mine this long to get done. Adjust for your oven.

Ingredients For pear bread

3 cflour

1/4 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt

1 Tbspcinnamon

3/4 cvegetable oil

3eggs
-
2 cwhite sugar

2 cpeeled shredded pears
-
1 cchopped pecans

2 tspvanilla
How To Make pear bread

1In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

2Make a well in the center of the bowl.

3In a separate bowl, combine the oil, eggs, sugar, pears, pecans, and vanilla.

4Blend well.

5Add to well of dry ingredients.

6Stir until just moistened.

7Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 8x5x3 inch loaf pans.

8Bake at 325* for 1 hour, 15 mintues.

9Cool on wire rack before taking out of the pan.
