this is a different kind of pumpkin bread and its very good and the kids will love this one to. I found this in one of my husbands cook-books..

Ingredients For peanutbutter pumpkin bread

  • 3 c
    sugar
  • 1 can
    (15 oz.) pumpkin
  • 4 lg
    eggs
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c
    warm water
  • 2/3 c
    peanutbutter (creamy)
  • 3 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    nutmeg

How To Make peanutbutter pumpkin bread

    In a large mixing bowl combine the sugar,pumpkin,eggs and oil and the water and peanut-butter;beat well.

    Combine the flour,cinnamon,nutmeg,baking soda.Gradually add to the pumpkin mixture ;mix well. Pour into greased 9inx5 inch x3in pans or three medium loaf pans as I used.

    Bake at 350* for 45-60 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean . Cool for 10 minutes on a rack before removing from pan..

    Special note::: You can also use 5 of the mini loaf pans and bake for 45 minutes for little gifts..
