peanut butter bread

The bread is excellent just out of the oven or toasted later. Of course it should be spread with jelly.

Ingredients For peanut butter bread

  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1 3/4 c
    flour

How To Make peanut butter bread

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Grease 9" X 5" loaf pan.
  • 3
    Combine milk, eggs, sugar and peanut butter in food processor. Process until smooth.

    Add remaining ingredients. Pulse several times until flour is incorporated.

    Bake 50 - 60 minutes until pick comes out clean.

    Let cool in pan 20 minutes.
