I can not tell you how much we LOVE banana bread. What goes better with bananas? Peanut Butter....Yummy!!!!!

Ingredients For peanut butter banana bread

1 1/2 cmashed ripe bananas

1/3 cplain fat free yogurt

1/3 cchunky peanut butter

3 Tbspbutter, melted

2 lgeggs
-
1/2 csugar
-
1/2 cbrown sugar
-
1 1/4 cflour
-
1/4 cground flaxseed
-
3/4 tspbaking soda
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspground cinnamon

1/8 tspallspice, ground

cooking spray
- GLAZE
-
1/3 cpowedered sugar
-
1 Tbspskim milk
-
1 Tbspchunky peanut butter
How To Make peanut butter banana bread

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix bananas, yogurt, peanut butter, butter, and eggs in a large bowl. Gradually add sugar and brown sugar, untill all is blended.

2Mix the flour, flaxseed, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and allspice in a small bowl. Add flour mixture to banana mixture.

3Pour batter into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven; cool 10 minutes in pan on a wire rack. Remove bread from pan; cool.

4For glaze, combine powdered sugar, milk and peanut butter. Drizzle over bread.
