Ingredients For orange-cranberry-pineapple bread

  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    brownulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp
    orange extract
  • 1
    egg
  • 1
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple, (including juice)
  • 1/2 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1 can
    (11 oz.), mandarin oranges - drained
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    vegetable oil

How To Make orange-cranberry-pineapple bread

    In a large bowl thoroughly mix all the ingredients together and then pour the batter into 8-9 inch spring-form pan.

    Topping 3 - 4 tbsp. brownulated sugar Grated orange zest from one whole orange

    Mix together sugar and zest (should be crumbly), and spread over the batter.

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake sweet bread for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until knife comes out clean. Allow to cool completely, transfer to a serving plate, and dust with powdered sugar prior to serving. 5 points per serving
