This is the best cornbread I have ever had. So moist, and full of flavor. Goes great with just about anything.

1 cyellow cornmeal

1 call purpose flour
-
2/3 cwhite sugar
-
1 tspsalt
-
3 1/2 tspbaking powder

1egg
-
1 cmilk
-
1/3 cvegetable oil
How To Make oh, sweet cornbread!

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9 in round pan or 8 in square pan with cooking spray. ( I like to use real butter)

2Mix All dry ingredients in a medium size bowl. Combine well.

3Add liquid ingredients to dry mixture. Fully combine

4Pour into greased pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. I stick a knife in the center and if it comes out clean, their done
