I have adopted this recipe, and I will be making it soon. We have a bake sale coming up... and I am sure this home made goodie, will sell!
Ingredients For nutritious breakfast bread

1 cflour

3/4 corange juice

1/2 cmolasses

1/2 coil
-
3eggs
-
1/3 cprunes, pitted, chopped

1/2 craisins
-
1/4 cchopped walnuts
-
1/2 cchopped peanuts

1/2 cbrown sugar
-
1/3 coatmeal, uncooked

2/3 cnonfat dry milk powder
-
2 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspbaking soda
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 cwhole wheat flour
-
1 cmashed bananas
How To Make nutritious breakfast bread

1Preheat oven to 325.

2Combine flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, milk, oats, sugar, nuts, raisins and prunes in large bowl.

3Blend with fork.

4Beat eggs until foamy.

5Add oil, molasses, juice and bananas.

6Add mix to dry ingredients.

7Pour into 2 8x4 greased loaf pans.

8Bake at 325 for one hour (for muffins, grease tins and fill 2/3 full, bake 350 for 20 minutes).

9Cool slightly before removing from pan.

10You may substitute raw chopped apples, grated carrots, applesauce or grated zucchini for bananas.
