I have had many compliments on how moist and tasty this is. My mom says I make the best Banana Bread.....funny, it is her recipe!

Ingredients For mom's moist banana nut bread

1/2 cmargarine

1 csugar
-
2eggs
-
1 tspbaking soda

3bananas, very ripe

1 cflour

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 cwalnuts, chopped (optional)
How To Make mom's moist banana nut bread

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease and flour bread pan.

2In small bowl combine flour, salt, and baking soda and set aside.

3In medium bowl; cream together the margarine and sugar; add eggs, mix in 3 ripe bananas. Slowly add the flour mixture until blended; add walnuts and hand stir until mixed through.

4Pour mixture into prepared bread pan and bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool and enjoy!
