My mom only made these once a year;I make them twice a year, freeze them to enjoy whenever I want a loaf of sweet bread. You'll need 6 1 pound coffe cans.

6 tspcooking oil

6eggs

1 1/2 coil

1/2 cwater

2small cans of pumpkin

4 1/2 csugar

5 cflour

3 tspbaking soda

2 tspsalt

2 tspcinnamon

2 1/4 cdates

2 1/4 cchopped nuts
How To Make mom's coffe canned pumpkin bread

1Preheat oven 350. Spray coffe cans with bakers joy and put 1 tsp. of oil in bottom of can(s). Mix: eggs, cups of oil,water, pumpkin, sugar.

2Then mix in: flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Then add and mix dates and nuts. Fill the cans 1/2 way, until all of batter is used. Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes.

3Let cans cool for 1 hour. Remove from cans and let them cool competely.
