1/3 csour cream

1 csugar

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1 3/4 call purpose flour

3-4bananas mashed

1 cnuts ( i like to use walnuts), chopped
How To Make mom's banana bread

1In a mixing bowl; combine baking soda and sour cream, set aside.

2Mix other ingredients, then add the sour cream mixture. Pour batter into floured loaf pan (either 1 large loaf or 2 small) Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour hour. Cool on wire rack.
