This was my grandma's banana bread recipe. It makes a nice large moist loaf.

1/2 ccooking oil

1 csugar

2eggs, beaten

2 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspvanilla extract

3bananas, mashed

3 Tbspmilk
How To Make moist banana bread

1Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Then in medium bowl cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, banana pulp, milk and vanilla. Then add flour and nuts (if desired).

2Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
