Ingredients For mini gingerbread

  • 1 stick
    butter softened
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 c
    molasses
  • 2 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp
    each ground cloves & salt
  • 1 c
    hot water

How To Make mini gingerbread

  • 1
    Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the egg and molasses.
  • 2
    Stir in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and salt. Mix well. Add hot water and beat well.

    Pour into greased mini meatloaf pans
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
