1 stickbutter softened

1/2 csugar

1egg

1 cmolasses

2 1/2 cflour

1/1/2 tspbaking soda

1 tspground cinnamon

2 tspground ginger

1/2 tspeach ground cloves & salt

1 chot water
How To Make mini gingerbread

1Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the egg and molasses.

2Stir in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and salt. Mix well. Add hot water and beat well.

3Pour into greased mini meatloaf pans Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
