2 1/4 cgluten free flour blend (such as king arthur)

2/3 ctapioca flour

2/3 cpotato starch

1 Tbspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 1/2 tspxanthan gum

1 1/2 tspcinnamon

1 tspsalt
-
1 cmaple syrup (feel free to reduce the syrup to your desired level of sweetness)

1 cbuttermilk, at room temperature

2 lgeggs

1 stickunsalted butter, softened

3/4 cchopped walnuts
How To Make maple walnut bread - gf

1Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine flours, starch, baking powder, soda, xanthan gum, cinnamon, and salt.

2Heat butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until butter turns a nut brown color. Remove from heat and set aside.

3In a large bowl, combine maple syrup, buttermilk, and eggs. Stir in browned butter. Add wet ingredients to the dry - stir just until combined. Stir in walnuts.

4Pour mixture into a well-greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake 55-60 minutes, until it rises and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
