Super moist bread. Great alternate to the usual banana, zucchini, or pumpkin bread.

Ingredients For mango bread

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 3 lg
    eggs beaten
  • 1/4 c
    canola oil
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 c
    peeled and small diced fresh mango

How To Make mango bread

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two 9x5 loaf pans. Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon in small bowl.

    In a large mixing bowl combine the eggs, oil, and sugar. Add in the dry ingredients. Mix well. Fold in the mango.

    Pour into prepared pans and bake 45 to 60 minutes.
