1 cmashed bananas

1 3/4 call purpose flour

2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda
How To Make low fat banana bread

1IN A SMALL BOWL; COMBINE FLOUR, BAKING POWDER AND BAKING SODA, SET ASIDE.

2IN ANOTHER BOWL; COMBINE SUGAR, APPLESAUCE AND EGGS. BEAT VIGOROUSLY UNTIL FROTHY

3ADD BANANAS AND BLEND THOROUGHLY.

4FOLD IN FLOUR MIXTURE UNTIL BLENDED

5POUR INTO A GREASED BREAD PAN.

6BAKE AT 325 FOR 1 HOUR UNTIL CRUST IS BROWN. USE A TOOTHPICK TO TEST FOR DONENESS. LET REST IN PAN FOR 10 MINUTES.

7THIS RECIPE CAN BE DOUBLED. USE A TUBE/BUNT PAN FOR BAKING
