Family and friends all love this even down to the little ones, it makes a terrific dessert by adding strawberries or blueberries along with whipped cream or just eaten plain by the slice, is great anytime of the year

2 lglemons (grate the rind)

- JUICE OF 1 LEMON
- 1/2 CUP OF GRANULATED SUGAR
How To Make lemon bread loaf

1Cream together butter,sugar, and eggs-add milk and stir in flour,salt,baking powder.Add lemon rind last. Stir well,Baked in a greased non stick loaf panat 350, for 45 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.Mix juice of 1 lemonwith 1/2 cup sugar, spoon over bread loaf while still hot and still in pan
