I made this with vanilla ice cream and served with Nutella, and chocolate ice cream served with cherry preserves. Both were yummy.

Ingredients For ice cream bread

  • 1 pt
    ice cream
  • 1 1/2 c
    self rising flour*
  • or
  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking powder

How To Make ice cream bread

  • 1
    Grease and flour a 8 X 4 inch loaf pan.
  • 2
    Soften ice cream and blend with flour. Pour into prepared pan.
  • 3
    Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Or use 2 3 X 5 inch loaf pans. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

    Let cool in pan for 30 minutes. Remove from pan and Enjoy.
