I love breads! I found this one in a recipe book at my mom's house. I really love the flavors in this bread.

Ingredients For honey-orange bran bread

2 cunsifted all-purpose flour

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda
-
3/4 tspsalt
-
3/4 tspground cinnamon
-
1/4 tspground cloves
-
1 cshredded all bran-cereal
-
2/3 choney
-
3/4 corange juice (any kind)

1egg
-
2 Tbspcanola oil
How To Make honey-orange bran bread

1Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a bread pan of your choice.I spray bread pan with "Baker's Joy" The recipe says to use a 1 pound coffee can and to grease it generously.

2If you do decide to use the coffee can idea make sure to fold a piece of aluminum foil long enough to go around can with a generous overlap.

3In small bowl mix flour, baking powder , baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and cloves.

4In large bowl soak bran cereal with honey and orange juice. Beat in egg and canola oil.

5Add dry ingredients and stir only until moistened. Turn into prepared pan or if you use the can idea pour into the can.

6Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
