1/2 cvegetable oil

2eggs, beaten

How To Make honey cornbread

1Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; set aside.

2Combine buttermilk, oil, eggs, and honey; add to dry ingredients, mixing well.

3Pour batter into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.

4Bake at 425 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

5Cut into 2 inch squares to serve. Yield: about 2 dozen squares.
