2 Tbsphoney

2 Tbspbrown sugar

1 1/2 call purpose flour

1 cwhole wheat flour

2 tspinstant yeast
How To Make homemade honey wheat bread

1combine first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add flours and yeast.

2Knead till dough is smooth and elastic 10-15 minutes by hand or 6-7 minutes in a mixer

3place dough in a greased bowl, turning once. Cover and let rise till doubles 40-60 minutes

4Punch down dough, knead a few minutes and form loaf. Place in a greased loaf pan, cover and let rise addtional 30 minutes Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
